Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)
Life can bring moments of uncertainty, loss, and pain that feel heavy and overwhelming. Perhaps people notice anxiety showing up in closeness, difficulty setting boundaries, or a persistent inner critic that makes them question their worth. Even when they deeply want change, it can feel confusing and exhausting to know where to begin.
I offer a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic space grounded in Person-Centered Therapy. My work emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I integrate psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspectives to thoughtfully explore how past relational experiences and protective internal “parts” may influence present struggles. My approach is gentle, depth-oriented, and paced according to each client’s readiness.
Through our work, clients can develop a stronger relationship with themselves, gain clarity in their relationships, and feel more grounded and confident in who they are. Therapy becomes a place where old wounds can soften, self-trust can grow, and meaningful change can unfold at one’s own pace.
