Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
We all need spaces we can show up and be seen exactly as we are. No matter our early attachments, we are humanly hard-wired for connection. While life can leave us feeling tender, overwhelmed, or disconnected, a good therapeutic relationship becomes a safe haven for recalibration. By working together, I’m here to see you and sit with you in warmth, care, curiosity, and without judgement.
As your counsellor, I become invested in your journey as we get to know you and explore the uncharted and sometimes uncomfortable parts of your inner and outer world together. Bringing attention to these parts can create space for self-understanding, self-compassion, emotional release, and empowerment to make new, aligned choices. I can also hold a mirror to your strength when you need it.
Our sessions will serve as intentional time to come back to yourself. To notice your narratives, express what’s been repressed, build feelings of ease in the mind, body, and spirit, and celebrate your joy. By choosing counselling, you do the rewarding work of deepening the relationship you have with yourself. This important relationship translates to so much of how you interact with the world around you and thrive in a life that is yours.

Experience & Training:
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
Aligned with additional training in IFS and EMDR, I take a holistic, relational approach that moves clients away from shame and disconnection, and builds skills in self-nurturing. As a queer, neurodivergent counsellor who’s grown up outside of Canada, my lived experience helps me connect with all of the joys, nuance, and cultural complexities that come with navigating multiple identities.
More About Me:
Outside of counselling, I recharge through solo travel, racket sports, word games, movies that make me cry, finding weird and beautiful pieces on Facebook marketplace, psychoanalyzing reality tv, and spending quality time with the people I love. Journalling, walks in nature, and my spirituality keep me grounded.
