Registered Clinical Counsellor
Suffering is an unavoidable part of the human experience. Yet, when you’re immersed in past or present struggles, it’s so natural to feel isolated, stuck, and unsure of how to move forward. The pain can become so overwhelming that it not only interferes with your ability to cope, but it also can rob you of your joy. I view counselling as a nurturing space for appreciating how you’ve supported yourself while also building a deeper sense of freedom, strength, and connection to what matters to you.
My approach is collaborative and personalized to my client’s individual needs and experiences. I draw from several evidence-based therapies to invite my clients into self-exploration, developing new responses to old patterns, and a deeper harmony with self. By incorporating the wisdom of the mind, body, and emotions, we move together towards change on a cellular level.
I am committed to sensitively and compassionately walking beside you through the counselling process. Together, we can approach challenges, obstacles, and suffering with curiosity and care. By accessing the rich wisdom of your body, emotions, and relationships, I hope to support you in connecting more deeply to the values you desire to embody in your life. Beginning counselling takes courage and tenacity. I consider it a privilege to journey beside you towards greater authenticity and well-being.
My own appreciation for the small moments of life (enjoying a smile from a stranger, seeing a bird in a tree, observing a gesture of kindness) informs my sense of enthusiasm for life both as an individual and a professional.

More Than Just My Work
When I’m not connecting with clients, I love foraging for four-leaf clovers and sea glass, reading, laughing with my loved ones, going for walks, and watching movies.
My own appreciation for the small moments of life (enjoying a smile from a stranger, seeing a bird in a tree, observing a gesture of kindness) informs my sense of enthusiasm for life both as an individual and a professional.
