Morgan Chojnacki, MA, RCC, CCC, (She/Her/Hers)
Registered Clinical Counsellor, Canadian Clinical Counsellor
It’s not uncommon to struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or the long shadow of past relationships – such as ones that involved narcissistic abuse. You may find it difficult to feel steady or confident, or might notice yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. These patterns often stem from early attachment experiences, past trauma, or years spent prioritizing others’ needs over your own. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and gently work toward change, helping you build confidence and trust in yourself along the way.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed and sex-positive. I draw on a range of modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic techniques, to support nervous system regulation and deep emotional processing. Our work may include identifying protective patterns, processing past experiences, and developing tools to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you truly are.
I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and safe to be fully yourself. Healing doesn’t always happen in a straight line, but with the right support, enduring change is possible. I’ll walk alongside you at your pace as you re-connect with your strengths, set boundaries that honour your needs, and create new pathways forward.

Experience & Training:
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Canadian Certified Counsellor, with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Over the past decade, I have worked with a wide range of vulnerable communities, including refugee and immigrant populations, older adults, and 2SLGBTQIA+ folks – experience that continues to inform and enrich my therapeutic practice.
My work focuses on supporting clients through anxiety, relational injuries, life transitions, and trauma. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as EMDR Therapy, somatic practices, and self-compassion interventions to support deep and sustainable healing.
As a second-generation Canadian with Jewish and Slavic roots, I grew up in Quebec and speak French fluently. I am honoured to support diverse clients on their unique healing journeys. While English is my primary language of practice, I am expanding my work with Francophone clients by offering services in French.
More About Me:
I find balance by nurturing my connections with loved ones and engaging in activities that bring me joy – whether it’s through dancing (both solo and with a partner), exploring creative pursuits, swimming, reading, writing, or enjoying nature through hiking and walking.
