Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like themselves. Life can get heavy, and even when you know something needs to change, figuring out how can feel daunting.
Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected – caught up in their thoughts, out of touch with their bodies, or unsure of who they are anymore. I’m here to help make sense of what’s going on and support you in finding a way forward that feels manageable, meaningful, and true to you.
I take a gentle, personalized approach to healing. I’m a trained EMDR clinician and am IFS-informed, with an approach that also incorporates somatic therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion practices, and practical tools like skill-building and habit change.
Together, we explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences to better understand the root of your distress. From there, we work toward lasting change – one that’s grounded, empowering, and aligned with your needs.
My hope is that therapy feels like a space where you can finally exhale, where you feel safe, heard, and supported. Over time, you may notice yourself responding to life with more clarity, confidence, and compassion. Together, we’ll work on healing old wounds, building tools to support you, and gently moving toward a life that feels more like your own.

Experience & Training:
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s in Counselling. Since
graduating, I’ve focused my practice on supporting clients through trauma using evidence-based approaches. I’m trained in EMDR and am IFS-informed, and I integrate somatic trauma therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy into my work. I’m committed to ongoing learning, particularly in the areas of trauma and nervous system regulation, so I can show up in a way that’s grounded, informed, and deeply attuned to each client’s unique experience.
More Than Just My Work:
Outside the therapy room, I’m a parent to two amazing kiddos, a nature lover, and a reality TV enthusiast (give me Drag Race or Love Island and I’m happy). I love to sweat, whether I’m at the gym or dancing in my kitchen. I bring my full, human self to this work: grounded, curious, and genuinely invested in helping you feel more confident, connected, and at home in your life.
