Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
Many people come to me feeling stuck in repetitive patterns, caught between what their mind is telling them and how they want to live their life. Together, we work to better understand these patterns, create space from them, and develop new ways of responding that feel more aligned and freeing.
I am a counsellor with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals living with trauma, addiction, OCD, and other mental health challenges. I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach that helps clients feel understood while also building practical tools for meaningful change
I have a particular focus on working with obsessive-compulsive patterns, including intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviours, and cycles of anxiety that can feel overwhelming or difficult to break. Using evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), alongside mindfulness, EMDR and IFS work, I support clients in gradually facing fears, reducing avoidance, and building confidence in their ability to tolerate distress.
My work is also deeply informed by trauma-aware and attachment-focused perspectives. I recognize that symptoms like anxiety, compulsions, or emotional shutdown often have understandable roots. Alongside skill-building, I help clients explore these underlying dynamics at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more able to move toward the life you want, rather than feeling controlled by fear or uncertainty.

A note on couples therapy: In my work with couples, I provide a non-judgmental and supportive space where partners can explore their relationship with honesty and care. Together, we identify unhelpful relational dynamics, take responsibility for patterns that create disconnection, and work toward healthier ways of relating.
I support couples experiencing challenges such as dependency, compulsive behaviours, clinginess, distancing, and conflicting attachment styles. Drawing from Relational Life Therapy and Internal Family Systems, I help partners move beyond stuck cycles and cultivate clearer communication, fewer escalated conflicts, and a deeper sense of intimacy and connection.
